Traveling as Couple
Hotel convinced my husband to upgrade to a suite and the room was across from the ice machine which mad noise all night, the air conditioner made noise all night. I could hear people talking and yelling all night and the hotel did nothing to rectify this. Would not stay here again. ...read more

Solo Traveler
Over all the hotel was great. It was at a perfect location, the lobby was beautiful, the room was spacious and clean, and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Loved that there was a refrigerator and microwave in the room which both came in handy. The carpet and walls in the hallways could be touched up a little, and there didn't seem to be enough parking for all the guests, but they tried to accommodate everyone as best as they could. ...read more

Traveling as Couple
The staff was very friendly. The first night we were in a smoking room (which was on a smoking floor - disgusting). The room wasn't that clean. We requested a room change and the hotel couldn't honor it the first night because /c they were full, but the second night we were in a nonsmoking room (which was a lot cleaner). I had to keep getting them replaced.
The hotel staff was very accommodating. It took them 24 hours to decide to move us to another room after getting the keys replaced about 6 times the first day. The restaurant staff was very friendly and accommodating. ...read more

Family with Young Children
My 10 yr old daughter and I stayed at this hotel for one night while visiting Universal Studios. The lobby is very nice, but the hallways and rooms are definitely showing their age. Still, the room felt clean and the bed was comfortable. I was disappointed there was no room service and the restaurant service in general was very less. Food only okay, didn't have whipped cream for the Belgian waffles, etc. On the up side, I was very impressed with the friendliness of the staff and would stay here again. ...read more
